If you want to use Kanban board, you are likely to work in a manufacturing environment. A Kanban card will signal to employees that they have to manufacture a certain part or item, because demand has gone up. Kanban board is used to make sure supply and demand is balanced. Hence, a Kanban card and board indicates when there is too much or too little of a certain product.
